The church of the Our Lady of the Rosary

We attended a mass from the Church of the Our Lady of the Rosary last Friday. This is the first time we we’re able to go to this newly built church because it is very far from our flat. They said that it is really not that far if only some roads are not closed by the recent construction activities.

After the mass, we took some pictures – here the person in the pulpit is starting to get irked of us because she is seeing that we’re still taking pictures while she’s speaking.

.

The love this Rock in the foreground because it adds depth and story in the picture – also in coincidence with the scripture read by the priest during the mass ( And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the powers of death shall not prevail against it – Matthew 16:18 ).

Thanks to Mr and Mrs Ryan Relivo (my office mates) for inviting us to come with them to attend he mass.

She loves to draw

You will see here how Eryn really loves to draw nowadays, she always bring her drawing pens and draw wherever she can – like here in a restaurant when we are ordering Fatayer (a bread baked with white cheese).

But on the other hand, her grades in her recent math exam result was so terrible according to her mom. She said that there are a lot of mistakes now unlike in the past where she is showing her mastery in math. Her mom was so upset with her this morning when she found out the result of Eryn’s exam.

Belated Happy Birthday Sam-sam and ate Emma

We’re so sorry we forgot to greet Psalm on his birthday last August 8.

Anyhow, Happy Birthday Sam-sam from all of us here. We’re wishing for your continuous improvement. Your cousins Eryn and Ryon are always saying they are missing you. To mommy Ope, wag na magtampo pleasee.

These pictures were taken during our vacation in the Philippines last June. Eryn and Ryon really enjoyed their vacation in the Philippines because they had plenty of playmates there. They are missing all their cousins, their titas, lolos and lolas.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Stars

The three of us went to the park yesterday night. But before we proceed on to the park, we went first to sofitel area to buy a (cheap) backpack because it’s hard for me alone to take care the two kids because I have also in my hand some baon plus Ryon’s roller blade, and my camera too.

Below are some of the shots I’ve taken during that night. It’s really very hard to shoot at night specially when your subject is always moving. I had to push the ISO at 800 to be able to use a higher shutter speed but then its still not enough as shown here.

This time, I raised the ISO even higher at 1600 with a slower shutter speed, but then it seems too much.

We’re late!

Its not an eating contest – Twas yesterday, when we woke up its alread 8 am! it means we’re all late – Eryn and Ryon are late for school while i’m late for my office. The picture shows that were all in a hurry trying to catch up our own shedules even though we know were all late now.

Sheraton Park

At last, we were able to go out to the park in the morning time. Thanks to Ryon – he woke us up three times this morning ( 2am, 4am and 5am) just to remind us that we were going to the park as promised to him the other day.
